This workshop will introduce some variations of the cambre in the forward direction. Variations for both the leader and the follower will be taught. Focus will be on proper technique, balance, stabilization, conditioning exercises, and lead indication. Participants will learn concepts and techniques to begin to explore and play immediately with "cambre adelante".
